Hi all.  Hope this finds all of you well and finding all the Hot Wheels that aren't showing up around here.  I was lucky and found the Dog Fighter in the Flying Aces and the Dodge Concept car last week.  Whopdeeedooo.  But, hey it was a find and that's what matters.  :-)

I forgot to mention in the last perspective (which wasn't full of any die cast perspective) that Dennis' doctors have said he has to stay below 5000 feet elevation.  He is VERY disappointed that this means we cannot move to Colorado Springs as we had planned.  I, on the other hand, am just glad that wherever we end up we will be going TOGETHER.  As far as I am concerned THAT is the important thing.

Now, onto the die cast front.  I finally found a couple of cars I didn't have.  Actually saw Whatta Drags on the pegs at Wal Mart the other day.  I had not seen one on the pegs until then.  Shows you how far behind we re here cause I just don't see them being so popular that the local scalpers would have bought them all when they first hit.  Got Tail Draggers, Road Runners, etc. up to wazoo.  Some Customized C3500's, Tow Jams, etc. are finally being left on the pegs here.

It was fun to get out and look again.  Dennis and I have to walk a certain amount each day and some of it we do in the stores...especially if its windy or hot out.  I think Dennis is even learning to enjoy it.  :-)  That is why I collect...It's FuN!!!!!!!!!  If you're not having fun you shouldn't be collecting.  We all have enough stress in life without having something we should be enjoying causing more grief.  So take a deep breath and remember why you collect. Then go out looking and have fun even if you don't find anything.  Trish <
